Hosting Guests in Style: How to Plan the Perfect Get-Together at a Serviced Suite

One of the great advantages of a serviced suite over a hotel room is the space to entertain. Whether it's a birthday celebration, an intimate dinner party, a family reunion, or a casual friends' get-together, a well-planned gathering at a luxury suite creates memories that restaurants simply can't match.

Why Host at a Serviced Suite?

• Privacy: No other diners, no background noise, no time limits.
• Kitchen: Prepare food yourself or cater — either way, you have full control.
• Views: At ZenithSuites, your gathering comes with a 38th-floor panoramic backdrop — better than any restaurant view.
• Flexibility: Start early, end late, play your own music, wear your pyjamas — it's your space.
• Cost: Hosting 6–8 people at a suite is often cheaper than booking a restaurant private dining room.

Planning Guide: Step by Step

Step 1: Choose the Right Suite

For 2–4 guests, any ZenithSuites suite works beautifully. For 5–8 guests, the Grande (1,100 sq ft, 2 bedrooms) provides the most space. The living room and kitchen area create a natural flow for socialising.

Step 2: Plan the Menu

You have three options:

1. Cook it yourself: Our kitchens have everything you need — stove, oven, microwave, utensils, pots, pans. Shop for ingredients at D-Mart or order via BigBasket/Blinkit.
2. Order in: Swiggy and Zomato deliver from hundreds of restaurants in the area. Order platters and family portions.
3. Hire a private chef: Several services in Delhi-NCR offer private chef experiences at your location. They bring ingredients, cook in your kitchen, serve, and clean up. ₹2,000–4,000 per person.

Step 3: Set the Atmosphere

• Lighting: Dim the main lights, use the accent lighting, and consider bringing LED candles for a warm glow.
• Music: Create a playlist in advance. Instrumental jazz, lounge, or soft Bollywood covers work beautifully as background music.
• Flowers: A simple bouquet on the dining table elevates the entire room. Order from Ferns n Petals or a local florist.
• Views: Open the curtains. The city lights at night are the best décor you'll ever have.

Step 4: Entertainment

• Board games: Bring classics like Monopoly, Settlers of Catan, or card games. They're making a comeback.
• Movie screening: Our Smart TVs support streaming apps — set up a movie night with popcorn.
• Karaoke: A Bluetooth karaoke mic (₹1,500 on Amazon) turns any Smart TV into a karaoke system.
• Wine/whisky tasting: Each guest brings a bottle, and you taste and rate them together.

Step 5: Etiquette & Considerations

• Noise levels: Be mindful of time — reasonable conversation and music are fine, but avoid loud parties after 10 PM out of respect for neighbouring residents.
• Guest parking: Inform us in advance about expected visitors so we can arrange parking access.
• Cleanup: Our housekeeping will handle the post-event cleanup — that's part of the service.

Party Ideas by Occasion

• Birthday: Cake from a premium bakery, personalised décor, surprise element (balloon arch, photo wall)
• Anniversary: Candle-lit dinner for two, rose petals, champagne, city lights
• Friends' reunion: Potluck dinner, board games, nostalgic music, lots of laughter
• Corporate team outing: Informal setting, casual team bonding, ordered-in food, no conference room formality
