Cancellation & Refund Guidelines
Please review our cancellation and refund policies before making a booking.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the booking amount, excluding any non-refundable processing fees.
Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before check-in will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to bookings@zenithsuites.com or through the booking confirmation link.
Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 3 days before the original check-in date.
If the modified dates result in a higher rate, the difference will be charged. If the rate is lower, the difference will be refunded.
Changes to the number of guests or suite type are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Only one modification is permitted per booking. Further changes will be treated as a cancellation and new booking.
In rare circumstances, ZenithSuites may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen events such as property maintenance, natural disasters, or government directives.
In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or an alternative accommodation of equal or higher value, at the guest's choice.
ZenithSuites is not liable for any indirect costs incurred by the guest due to such cancellations (e.g., flight tickets, travel arrangements).
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
For payments made via bank transfer or UPI, refunds will be processed to the same account. If this is not possible, an alternative arrangement will be made.
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been initiated.
If a guest checks out earlier than the booked check-out date, no refund will be provided for the unused nights.
Management may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for early departures due to medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances, supported by appropriate documentation.
Neither ZenithSuites nor the guest shall be liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
In force majeure situations, ZenithSuites will work with the guest to reschedule the booking or provide a full credit for future use, valid for 12 months.
Bookings made through third-party platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, etc.) are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective platform.
For such bookings, cancellation and refund requests must be directed to the platform through which the booking was made.
ZenithSuites is not responsible for processing refunds for third-party bookings.
